Booking Details:
● Minimum Spend: Please note that securing a reservation at Ruä requires a minimum spend of 30,000 RWF per person.
● DepositforGroupsofMorethan10people:
● For groups of more than 10 guests who do not preorder, a 100,000 RWF deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit is fully consumable and will be applied towards the final bill.
● For groups that preorder, a 50% deposit of the total value of the items ordered is required to secure the booking.

Note: Please note that to secure your booking, the deposit must be made prior to the reserved date.

● Punctuality: To ensure your reservation is honoured, please arrive on time..
● IRunning Late? If you anticipate a delay, kindly notify us in advance to avoid cancellation after the 20-minute hold period.
